I don't know if you have seen this Pin but I have.
Pinterest Hose Holder

It is perfect for what I want.
Today I got it done. Mine is not pretty or for looks but just functional. I found this hose holder at my parents' house not being used so after asking I made it mine. I added it to a board with screws then dug a 12in hole in the ground and dropped it in.
Ta-da!
