Setting the table is about to be my son's new responsibility. This pin gave me the idea. http://pinterest.com/pin/6192518209536633/
I had 5 place-mats that I was not in love with. So I grabbed these, a sharpie, fork, knife, spoon, some index cards, a prego lid, and a lid from a pot. Laid them out how I wanted them to look and set to work outlining.

I am happy with the result. I think this will help make the process easier for Gavin to grasp and get use to having to do on a daily basis.
